We accept Paypal and checks made out to Tray Treasure and More. Checks must clear before item is shipped. We also accept money orders. If you would like to send check or money order please contact us and we will give you the address in which to send your payment.
Please contact for international shipping. Each country has different fees for shipping. We will find out the cost for items to be sent to your country and inform you of the costs.
We want all of our customers to be happy. Any item that is damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of receiving item and return within 10 days upon receipt. If an item is misrepresented please contact us to receive a refund. We want to provide the best shopping experience for our customers and satisfaction is important.
Any item can be custom colored and designed. Additional design cost will be agreed upon prior to purchase. Please allow up to 6 weeks for shipment of any custom piece.
